    EXCHANGE

      The customer is entitled to exchange the product for a different size or model within 14 days of receiving the item. You must return the printed and completed Return / Return Form with the goods.

      or a written statement stating the name, address, order number and the reason for the exchange.

      Shipping costs of returned product to Factory BS sp. Z o.o. Sp. K be the customer. The costs of re-shipping to the Customer shall be borne by Factory BS sp. Z o.o. sp. k., if the order value exceeds 100 €. Otherwise shipping costs will be borne by the Customer and they will be 7 € (they should be deposited into the bank account, giving the order number in the title of the transfer, or courier will be charged for picking). Please check the availability of the desired product in our shop beforehand.

        COMPLAINTS

          Anyone purchased at www.mosali.com can be advertised for warranty or warranty for a period of 2 years from the date of receipt of the product by the Consumer.

          In the case of unjustified complaint the goods are sent at the expense of the customer. If the customer does not receive the rejected complaint within 3 months of receiving the decision, the goods will be disposed of. If the claim is accepted, we will refund all payments received from you, including the cost of delivering the item to you (except for the additional costs of your choice of delivery other than the cheapest method of delivery offered by us) and the cost of delivering the item to us. Higher than the cheapest way of delivery offered by Polish Post.

          Along with the goods you must return a printed and completed "Goods Complaint Form"

          or a written statement with the name, address, order number and a detailed description of the defect.

          The complaint will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the return from the Customer. The customer will be informed of the settlement of the complaint by e-mail to the email address he gave during the order form or by telephone to the number he gave when placing the order.
